WebI saw other threads about display issues on Charge 3, it's just strange that the actual setting is getting changed for me (at least so it appears). Must be something connected to the last firmware. There is no magic trick I could find myself on internet. Today, I've contacted Fitbit Support for the same problem. Promised to send me an email. WebMy wife bought a Fitbit Inspire 2 in March 2024 and she loved it. It did everything she needed and it was perfect. Recently, we've noticed the brightness level has really gone down and we have followed all the directions on the Fitbit Community and webpages and manuals (sleep mode, do not disturb etc.,) and nothing seems to work.
